Tuna Kebab (Fish Cutlets)

Simple trick with a can of Tuna and Bread Slices. I had some stale multi grain bread slice and I thought what should I do.

Made this easy fish cutlets. A can of Tuna, 2 bread slices soak in water then squeezed quickly. A little bit of chopped red onions. Salt and Pepper. To make it spicy, you could add very finely chopped green or red chillies. Mix everything and work it to a dough sort of mixture and its ready to pan fry.

I use these to make fish burgers or make a pitta sandwich with salad. It goes well as a starter or side dish too.
