Tuna grill is a must try cuisine when you are in Sorong City, West Papua. Fresh tuna from nearby sea doesn’t take along road into your plate.
There are several restaurants available, differentiated by their special chilli souces. Why dont you try by yourself, prior to your diving trip to Raja Ampat.

Hahaa…

Hello @Buzzflyertoo ,
Living in Indonesia, we are spoiled with so many seafood variation and we can easily get fresh seafood.
In the restaurant you shared, do they have their own sambal? Because usually in any seafood restaurant most probably they will have they’re own sambal.

Hi @AngieYC , the answer is yes, they have special sambal for their restaurant.
The interesting aspect of tuna grill stalls & resto in Sorong, is the variety.of sambals they serve.
Each sambal represent the origin of the owner. So you will have sweet chilli or dabu-dabu sambal style depends on restaurant you choose.

Hello @Buzzflyertoo ,
I agree, In Indonesia each restaurant will have their own signature sambal. Dabu-dabu is actually one of my favorite sambal and it goes very well with seafood especially grilled fish.
