trying to name an unnamed road - not applied (couldn't verify your edit)

I have been trying to name an unnamed road, yet when I reported the correct name to feedback, it stated that the edit was ‘not applied; couldn’t verify your edit’. Could anyone help adding this road name please?

Just try to edit it again later, @user_not_found . Something like this is sometimes happened.

Hi @user_not_found that sign does not seem to match the name of the cross street, are you able to provide a clearer image?

Resubmitting a failed edit is not advisable @iorikun301 it may be seen as spammy behaviour which can have consequences.

Ah, yes. You’re right, @PaulPavlinovich . That could be considered as spammy behaviour.

So…, if we’re facing this situation (we know that the information in the Google Maps is wrong, and we try to suggest an edit because we know what is the right information), what is the solution? Or your suggestion about it?

Was it better that if our edit is not approved, we better bring that issue to Connect and tag one of the Google Moderator than try to edit that wrong information once again?

I’m curious. Because I think this case (our edit is not approved because Google could not confidently verify it) is not uncommon.

Thanks @user_not_found what I was hoping for was a photo that showed the other street name at the intersection with this one. The other street name is Al Arz Street.

Hi @PaulPavlinovich sorry, the sign only shows the two currently unnamed roads which form the cross roads with Al Arz St.
