Well, it’s good to start by mentioning that something that fascinates me is food, so, in local guides I’m always looking for new gastronomic offers, from a handmade hamburger to a typical dish of the region and considered that this is a cultural factor determinante which we should give us the opportunity to try Nievas things and know the experiences of new people, food is the perfect cultural exchange

Hi @Neckohernandez ,
I also thing that the best way for exploring new cultures is by food. When traveling I’m always searching for places where locals go. I think that in those places you can feel the culture and it’s tastes the best way.
It would be great if you add a bit about the dish you’ve shared with us. What is it? Where did you try it?
By the way I’m going to remove the Spanish label tag from your post, because it is written in English.
