Nothing gets me more enthralled than a discussion about food, I love food and anyone that knows me knows that my passion can be seen all the way to my waistline lol. For me eating out is a special experience even if it is to the local take away joint down the road, it is that moment when I decide to utilize my hard earned cash to buy me something to eat, the anticipation of waiting for the food and the second I bite into it. This is a journey I don’t take lightly and I get very irate with places that do, this is why I believe in sharing the truth about my culinary experience and dare you to correct me if I am wrong. Often before taking on anything new I try and do research which includes reviews because to me no one is going to say it like it is more than someone who experienced it themselves.
I eat with my eyes and make sure that wherever I go before biting into that delicious meal that I capture the moment so that I can share my experience with others whether good or bad in the hopes that if bad, I can help someone else avoid the disappointment. I also love, love, love cooking and often attempt my wannabe masterchef skills in the kitchen, truthfully though not everything makes it onto my reviews or InstaPosts because lets face it I am not Gordon Ramsay. I love trying new things and will attempt something at least once so I can take the risk for others and guide them with their choices from a culinary point of view. To me food is my happy place and spreading the love is my recipe
