Trusted Photographer list and forum access

Hi everyone,

I have suddenly disappeared from the Trusted Photographer list for my local area. I’ve been on the list for several years (5+ I think) and I have found it very useful, many clients have found me on this list in the past.

I have no idea why this has suddenly happened. I have not received any emails regarding this, I have not had any warnings or problems, as far as I am aware I only have satisfied customers.

I am also unable to access the Trusted Photographer section of the forum, where I intended to write this question, I receive an ‘Access Denied’ message regarding my permissions when I try to access it.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

I read that I should tag moderators if I require urgent assistance so…

I want to inform you that Street View is no longer supported in Local Guides Connect.

You should address your query on the new Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only

Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Street View Moderator for granting the access to your profile.

Trusted photographer that have been inactive for 18+ months have been removed from the list. In any case, in the help center there is a form for asking (under certain conditions) to be reinstated.

If you notice that you’re no longer featured and believe you should be reinstated, please use the first option in this form to file a request with the Street View support

Consider that the trusted photographer program is no longer supported on Connect and the dedicated section of this forum closed. That’s why you cannot access it anymore. To get support, you should check the announcements you find in the Street View trusted Help center and eventually direct your query there. I see you still have your badge so you should be able to access the new help center, let me know if you cannot.

Please also keep in mind that you don’t need to tag all of the Google Moderators, just one of us is enough. :slightly_smiling_face:

P.S.: I just moved your post to the How-tos section, which is the most appropriate board for this kind of question. I am also accepting my answer as a solution, so the information can be easily found by other members with the same issue.
