Hello. I have been removed from the hire list although I have been listed in it since January 2017. I’m about to accept work from clients only to realize my name is missing. Can some please assist in putting me back on it?

All the account inactive for more than 18 months have been removed from the For hire list.
Street View is no longer supported in Local Guides Connect.
You should check the new Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only, where there is a form to fill, asking for the reinstatement, of you can demonstrate that you were active in another way (e.g. as an agency)
Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Street View Moderator for granting the access to your profile.

Anyone from the Streetview team here who can help? I tried the form and got a boilerplate response that they are not accepting new listings. I’m not new, been listed since 2017.
I possibly have the highest number of views in the country and it would be a shame to flush those out since the program will have no use to me.

Were you listed with this account or with another one? If you used another (company) account to contribute to the Street View program, make sure to fill our the form with the details of the right account.
However, if you don’t meet the criteria listed here, the Street View team won’t be able to reinstate you on the list.
Please have in mind as well that Connect is dedicated to Local Guides program and there is no support for trusted users here. All of your related queries, should be directed to the new Help Center.
Same account. Every info on the form submitted is the same except for the new preferred listing email.

“All accounts that do not have the trusted distinction as well as those that haven’t been used to publish 360 imagery in the past 18 months have been delisted”
As far as I can see, the last 360 uploaded with your account is dated January 2017 (more than 55 months ago). This is the reason why you have been delisted. The “for hire” list has been designed for Street View Photographer that are using Street View as a professional actvity

Does this mean I just have to upload recent photos?
No, @seedow , It meas that you should have uploaded some photo in the timeframe between July 2019 and December 2020, when the optimisation of the “For Hire” list started. As you can read here "All dormant accounts will be removed, reducing significantly the total number of listings and giving much better visibility to professional photographers who contribute actively to Street View.
In order to remain on the list, you will need to have published Street View – 360 photos and/or street-level imagery – in the past 18 months and, of course, still be trusted"

I just find out that I was also removed from the list of google trusted photographers. In period that you are mentioning, july 2019 and december 2020 (and still) I was contribute with photos and 360 images. So what could be the reason why i’m not listed anymore?
