Trust me with your eyes closed and "Bon appétit" :)

As a Franco-Cameroonian, I am lucky to belong to two countries where gastronomy is a way of life. That makes me a fairly demanding person in terms of food.
My entourage knows me very demanding about what I eat and many trust me in my choice of restaurants or ask me advice very often
Indeed, I like to eat yes, but on the condition that it’s good food.
In other words, I’m not fond of fast food and other meals on the run. That’s why what I like in the role of being a Google local guide, is to be able to evaluate the quality of the cuisine in every restaurant where I eat around the world. I like to share my opinions on Google Maps in order to value the restaurants that make me a very good impression or just warn. Most of the time, I evaluate the quality of the dishes served, the quality of the reception, the service, but also the general atmosphere of the places (noise, sound, etc) as well as the accessibility. I wish that by reading my opinions, people get informed in all objectivity and they remain free to discover by themselves and make their own opinions. So, when I am not satisfied, I always make sure not to lose my objectivity in the notice that post. What motivates me is to combine my love for good cooking with my interest for culinary criticism.

Well, It’s hard to choose or prioritize, as these restaurants are all very good and the food is truly delicious. And then, I can perhaps advise according to the budget or the purse of each, but overall the value for money is correct. It also depends on the type of cuisine you like or prefer, if you are more open to Western or African / Latin cuisine. I am curious by nature and I appreciate all the cuisines of the world, but more particularly the French and Cameroonian cuisine. Normal since these are my country of hearts
