trubles with my first tours

Hello ,

this is my very first post here and I’m still waiting for the Street View trusted badge, that I request filling the form in March, 29. I hope this is the right forum to ask…

From the end of March, I published 3 virtual tours for a total of 90 pictures. All of the panos are approved and linked in my Street View App but:

  • none of the 3 tours (and their panos) is linked at the relative Google Business Page (here a link for example), neither they show themselves in Street View. Of course, I have connected the panos with the Google Maps location, but I didn’t transfer the rights to the business’s owner;

  • of them, only one tour shows working connections in maps (I have published it two times with two different software, but they don’t work);

  • the other two tours (1-2) have not connected panos in Maps even if they are connected in my app (the connections work in the app’s tour preview).

Did I make some mistake? Is it maybe related to the Covid emergency?

I tuoi problemi possono essere in parte legati alla attuale situazione (vedi UPDATED: Temporary product changes in Google Maps ) e in parte al fatto che ci sono degli aggiornamenti in corso nel programma di Street View. Gli aggiornamenti non sono ancora stati completati, e l’attribuzione del badge in Connect (che ti serve per accedere al forum) sta subendo dei rallentamenti.

Per quanto riguarda i collegamenti delle 360, si tratta di un problema diverso, comunque attualmente presente.

Faccio comunque un tag a un moderatore di Street View, @ConnorP , per vedere se ci sono ulteriori informazioni attualmente disponibili

I have my client asking me every day why the virtual tour is not online…

During the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, we are taking steps to protect the health of our team members and reduce the need for people to come into our offices worldwide.

As a result, there will be temporary limitations in how you can contribute on Google Maps and as Street View trusted photographers. Any imagery recently uploaded may experience temporary delays in publication.
