Kuri Village is located at Kalinchowk rural municipality, Dolakha in North Eastern Nepal. It is fomous tourist destination of Nepal. Kuri is also famous village of Kalinchowk treking route.
You could go to Charikot (the headquaters of Dolakha) by bus which is approximately about 150km from Kathmandu.
After reaching it is about 5-6 hours hike to reach Kuri Village. You could hike through a beautiful forest encountering a number of wild flora and fauna. There is also a gravel road to Kure from Charikot but the road is not so good especially during monsoon.
There are numbers of lodge for tourist in Kuri village. You could see range of Himalaya from Kuri, eg: Langtang Himal, Ganesh Himal, Shisha Pangma, Dorje Lakpa, Jugal Himal, Gauri Shankar.
You could go Kalinchowk Temple, the pilgrimage site for Hindus as well as for Buddhis, by cable car from Kuri. There is the tremendous panoramic view of Himalayas from Kalinchowk as well.
You could visit Kuri any season. Whole area frequestly coved by snow in winter season
