This delicious Trinidad and Tobago local vegan cuisine breakfast consists of tomato choka, spinach, and fried ochro. Served with a piece of sada roti (similar to pita bread). This type of breakfast is delightful, flavorful and makes me super happy to start my day off on the right foot!!!

This looks really delicious! I love vegan food and wish I could try it. Is ochro some kind of bread? Is this something you can find in many places there or only at this vegan place you have been to?
