Trees that block direct sunlight and a rice grain warehouse protected by the trees

Currently, rice grain warehouses are controlled by mechanically controlled air conditioning. When the U.S. warehouse was built in 1893, air conditioning was controlled by means such as placing trees and windows.
Double roofs create a space between the roofs, increase air permeability, dissipate the heat of the stacked rice grains, and prevent heat conduction from the roof.
The trees are planted to block the strong west wind from the Sea of Japan and the direct sunlight in summer and keep the temperature inside the rice grain warehouse constant.
