Travelling

When asked as a young boy what I would love to do more, I just say I would love to travel the world. This dream has automatically transformed and shaped my view of culture, traditions and the number of friends I have made so far.
I remembered as a little boy then travelling with my mom for the first time, I was road sick and literally made the journey sort of unbearable for my mom. However it turned out that growing I loved the idea of travelling around the world.

In the last 3 years I have found myself travelling more than I have ever did. The joy that comes with visiting a new place and telling people all about is just so pleasing and enjoyable.

I remembered when I first travelled to Uyo and Calabar in Nigeria, I literally told everybody how fantastic there food was and the tourist feel in Calabar. I travel to tell people what to expect and not to expect. I travel to explore and gain a few knowledge about the culture and tradition of the people there and of course to have a good taste of their food. Well, you won’t blame me for that. I have likely tasted the best soups in Nigeria and I hope to taste more outside the shores of Nigeria.

Travelling is an important tool for me, essentially because it helps me give concise data of a particular place, thing, food and tradition. I believe that’s one reason I joined the Google local guide. I love people to see the world through me.
