Traveling to Argentina - ·#TeamArgentina

Argentina is a destination in the south and sometimes not so chosen for several reasons, but when you get raed to arrive in these lands you realize and think why I did not come before to enjoy all of these tourist offers that it has.

Of course the entrance door is Buenos Aires, the queen of silver as it was said before, land of many places and with very diverse climates, where you can enjoy the mountain, the beach, the snow or the mountains, with very rich stories. Land of immigrants like no other, melting pot of languages and dialects of the world, where I think we can calmly say that 90% of the population has blood from another place in their veins.

Ezeiza International Airport daily hosts 40 international flights and 10 domestic flights with an annual flow of about 11 million passengers, modern and comfortable, is your first window to Argentina. From there you can go to the city of Buenos Aires, where you can take a few days to enjoy things such as tango, asado or football … the latter is the passion of the Argentines for which all Argentina is engaged when the national team plays .

It is so cosmopolitan that anywhere you can speak in your language or in general in English, so you will not feel bad about the subject of communication and if your language is not known, do not worry that any Argentine always improvises sign language and It helps you get there or do what you need.

Currently in international costs, it is very economical to travel to Argentina, food and internal trips are cheap.

Now we begin to define the destinations within Argentina for that you use the Jorge Newbery International Airport and the destinations are the cardinal points, the north of Argentina with the cities of Salta and Jujuy as the main ones where you can enjoy the mountain and the puna or the northern food for my taste the most tasty in Argentina, hahahah I am from Salta and my little heart pulls … You will never regret visiting this part of Argentina, the people are so friendly and cordial that you will fall in love with this place. In fact, I tell you that many tourists who came here with time decided to settle, the main tourists are the French, and Cafayate is its main destination for high altitude wine.

l

Then you can take a course to the northeast and visit the beautiful province of Misiones with its iguazú waterfalls and the unique Jesuit ruins in the world for the great construction they made in the colonial era, the company of jesus and their missions with the original peoples of Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina.

A special section is the waterfalls especially the devil’s throat with its majesty and strength, so much so that a hydroelectric plant nourished by this water supplies three countries. It is advisable to go in Autumn or Winter, the heat and mosquitoes are very uncomfortable in the summer period.

Now we take flight again and continue our virtual journey to the mountain range, Mendoza the land of wine and the sun as it says its slogan, the best cabernet and merlot are in these lands, and making the route of the wineries is the best activity, since not only enjoy the tasty wines and all that culture that surrounds the cultivation of the vine but culinary, always remember to plan all these activities since the places are limited and many tourists.

The southern Patagonian is our next destination and the plane lands in Ushuaia, land of strong views, with freezing cold that reach several degrees below zero in winter, but in summer the beauty of the mountains and the Beagle Channel will make you fall in love, like stepping the southernmost destination in the world in Lapataia Park, the End of the World. After your walks and visits to museums deservedly enjoy a delicious dish of spider crab or even better savor the lamb to the tastiest cross in the world, you will never be able to taste that in another place of the world, its meat will disarm in your mouth, Texture and flavor of the lamb is unimaginable.

We are ready for our next destination, Calafate, we go directly from Ushuaia and we settle in the province of Santa Cruz, to admire and enjoy another of the great wonders of the world, the Perito Moreno glacier, this place is unique as well, its beauty will leave you speechless and if you have the luck and fortune to visit it when the ice bridge break is happening, which is an international event followed by millions of viewers in the world when it happens, it would be amazing. El Calafate as a tourist place has many options and destinations, an interesting place is the museum of glaciers where you can learn about the processes of the ice or take a 4x4 truck safari through the towers of El Calafate where you can have unparalleled views , but the jewel without a doubt is the glacier, the culinary offer is varied and that of beers even more.

Our trip is reaching its end but if you can and especially if you come in December or January you have Puerto Madryn as a destination for whale watching or better yet be able to admire how the Orcas perfected the seal hunt on the tip of the pyramids.

The return and final again is Buenos Aires, and I suppose you are returning home with enthusiasm and in some cases to say I really like this country I would like to live in it, well we are waiting for you to enjoy all this that I tell you about it.

If you ever visited, tell me your experience, you like it, would you like to return to visit it, do you plan to visit Argentina?

@FaridTDF , I have, clear in my mind, the long series of post you wrote about your Country, from the very beginning of your history in Connect, to your series about “senderismo”.

Before today I would have thought that it would have been impossible, in a single post, such an extensive story of your country. From Iguazu Falls, on the north of Argentina, on the border with the sub tropical State of Paraná, then down more than 3500 Km, to the cold of Tierra del Fuego, so close to the Antarctic pole.

This post is a masterpiece, and I feel very sad for having the possibility to visit only Buenos Aires.

Well, with your guide we have ideas for a whole month of traveling, around Argentina. Are you with me @KarenVChin ? I agree with you, Farid, language is not a barrier on Argentina. The only place of the world (or at least the only one that I visited) where in the morning I was able to choose between three or four different Italian newspaper. Learn different languages is easy in there, and I remember a dinner in “La Parolaccia” where I was speaking simultaneously Italian, English and Spanish, for sure with some word of Lunfardo, @kroza .

@marcorp , you don’t need to wait for 2020. Build up a #teamPeru for working together and, when ready, PM to me. I will share with you the rules and the tips for a teamwork, to prepare a wonderful set of post for helping the community to better know about your country

@CaroGuiniazu the thing I might need is cool edition of all the material I will gather in my trip (videos and pictures) in order to create consolidated crash touristic videos and collages but don´t worry, I am making friends that might give a hand… but in case you still think about helping send me a message to coordinate… thanks a lot for your proactiveness! super cool!

Yes @marcorp , the challenge is started from the Connect Live 19 selected Local Guides. I wanted to challenge them to work as a team, and the result is amazing. Have you read the whole set of post? If you didn’t yet, you should.

But of course, Connect is a public place, so everyone is welcome to build up a team for writing on a coordinate way about his own country
