Traveling is one of the most exciting thing to do. We can find new places, meeting new people and also sharing some new experiences with other travelers. But, finding the right partner to go travel with you is kind of hard, and that also happened to me. Lucky me, I have this one friend who always travel with me anywhere. Whenever we travel, the most important thing for us is Google Map. We rely so much on Google Maps.
One of the most memorable trip we have ever made was our trip to Bali. We spent 11 days from Bandung (West Java) to Bali Island. We tried so many kind of transportation from the traditional one to the modern one. We also met so many new friends when we travel. In every activities we had, we use Google Maps to find the places we wanted to visit and read some reviews from other local guides about the places that we were about to visit. It really helps us whenever we travel. We don’t have to worry to get lost in a quiet place or wondering whether the food is good in that restaurant or no because Google Maps tells us everything.
By receiving so many help from Google Maps and the local guides, I also want to be one of the local guides. I started to write reviews, uploading pictures of foods or places that I have visited, hoping that one of my reviews or picture will help other people too. Being useful to other people is one of a great achievement in my life and one of them because I chose to become a local guide. I am so happy that I can add new reviews while doing what I love, traveling. I also love to help other people to answer their questions about places I’ve ever been because sharing is caring, right? And sharing beautiful places you’ve ever been is like telling your friend about your crush. I made Google Maps as my diary that I tell Google Maps everything happened when I travel. I want to help people as much as I can while doing what I like, that is why becoming a local guide is truly the best choice I have ever made.
I really hope that I can help so many people and be useful to them by becoming a local guide. I will keep doing what I love while being a local guide, because I know this is what I love and I am so proud of becoming a local guide. I also hope other people will use Google Maps as much as I do and start to travel everywhere with their Google Maps ready, so they don’t have to worry about everything.
