I spend a lot of time travelling locally and globally, specially traveling behind the wheel. Almost every place I go to is by using Google maps even if I’m going by taxi or Uber. I remember the first time I landed in Istanbul Ataturk Airport last year, it was 4 am, I had a reservation in a hotel but I have no idea of its address -which was in Turkish-, and taxi driver doesn’t speak any language but Turkish- which I don’t understand a word from it -and he didn’t knew the address too, my only hope was Google maps when I searched about the hotel and send it to him so he finally followed the route!. I never forget to think about every one helped in adding, editing or rating these places because it made me find them easily and fast, and whenever I remember that, I think about sharing my knowledge to Google maps users so they find the places they need –and I knew about- more easily, and see my photos and reviews about them
