Which type are you or which type of traveller am I… I once asked myself and realise that during all my travel’s I have just been admiring one thing – The History of the place, eager to know about its origin, eager to collect images, information & memories of the place I am visiting. Isn’t it amazing that we get to learn so much from our minimum to maximum travelling of miles/km
I love exploring the depth of every city / country I visit and I am blessed enough to collect number of antiques in person as well collected images of its antiques –the origin from each one of my visit – Be it one of a state from my birth country – Incredible India or be it a romantic destination like Macau or may be re-live my childhood in Hong Kong.
I have had a wonderful experience with Google Maps helping me reach out to various historical places in India and one of the best learning experience was trip to Historic Forts of Jaipur and Gwalior where I explored the history behind the Forts, the beautiful paintings and sculptures kept in the fort and the amazing scenery views from the fort. I love snapping images of the minute work done on the walls of the Fort and historic buildings. They help us connect to art and culture of the country. And I prefer doing the same in future and share with my google friends so as there is no stop to learning along with travelling.
