This is a traditional house of Bangladesh. These houses are located in Niamatpur, Bangladesh. These houses are made of mud. It is usually made from one floor to two floors The ground floor is used for living and the upper floor is used as a store room. Those who are financially well off do a lot of painting on these earthen walls, which are called alpana in the regional language. In reality the houses are very eco friendly.

Hello @OmarFaruqNahid ,
Thank you for sharing this very interesting photo with us!
Are such houses a bit everywhere in your country, or mainly located in some particular regions? Do people still build mud houses?
In Morocco where I grew up, mud houses are very present in rural areas! There, the mud is mixed with straw and other ingredients and it becomes a very solid and thick material.
