Liwet rice is one of the traditional foods of Indonesia.
On google it is written that liwet rice is typical of Javanese and Sundanese, but because here I am a Sundanese, I will explain Sundanese liwet rice only, yes and more specifically my typical liwet rice, hhee
Why am I so happy about rice cake, when I first came to know Liwet rice when it was in elementary school, my friends loved to eat Liwet rice so I got infected and we talked "ngeliwet" if we want to eat delicious Sundanese specialties!
plus eating Liwet rice combined with super spicy chilli sauce, salted fish, jengkol or banana, fresh vegetables and don't forget crackers, because if the Indonesians eat it doesn't need crackers, nobody likes it, and what makes the unit here the base is interesting isn't it? oh yes, one more thing if you want to watch it, the conditions must be more people because I'll make it fun and make the rice liwet more delicious!
Liwet rice contains white rice, water 1 book of nails, salt, micin, greetings, lemongrass, red onion, red chili and don't forget to use cooking oil and then put it into the rice cooker
