Is there an email address to contact Google Local Guide Support?
I actually earned a Google Local Guide Badge and I got an email that it was sent to me via post. But I am unable to trace me . Hence I need help.

@prachichime You said that you got an email that it was sent via post. Did it come with tracking number? If yes, try checking and see if you can locate where the package is at the moment.
If after 6 weeks you still haven’t got the package, you can go to the link below and fill in the form at the bottom ‘What can I do about a missing or damaged item?’

The tracking number says it was dispatched from Germany on 27th. There is no update after that. This week is the 6th week.
@prachichime Please fill in the form from the link I posted above and someone from the Local Guides team will look into your case.
I can only do it at the end of the 6 weeks. Will do then. Thankyou so much 
Hey, I have filled the form ‘Missing or damaged items’ but I have not been contacted by anyone. The form just said they will re-order the reward. What if the re-order is met with the same fate?
@prachichime when did you filled in the form? Regarding reorder will get the same fate, we’ll deal when it actually happen.

Hey any update? Its been a week now

Nobody has reached out to me yet and I havent received my gift. This was the first time, I was going to get a gift. Eversince I started as Google Local Guide, I never paid attention to any emails I received(I know my bad) Its only from last year that I started paying attention. Last year I received youtube premium subscription but I already had it so it went waste
I was really happy this time that I will get a gift but I am losing all hopes now
