It’s very important to note that after the Rwandan genocide in 1994, which claimed the lives of almost a million Tutsis and Hutus tribesmen. President Paul Kigame came on board and the end of genocide. The country through his efforts make peace, negotiations, created new laws which bind the existing tribes in the country into one nation of Rwandans. However with a devastating economy they were able to reposition the economy, build infrastructure and start technological revolution. Kigali once became the neatest city around the region and the fastest growing economy.
