The country through his efforts make peace, negotiations, created new laws which bind the existing tribes in the country into one nation of Rwandans. However with a devastating economy they were able to reposition the economy, build infrastructure and start technological revolution. Kigali once became the neatest city around the region and the fastest growing economy.
