It is the place where the lord of the Samurai era is buried.
Everyone can a tour it if they pay admission fee.
If you aer understand Japanese the guide will tell you the history of the Lord.
The place with this grave is Zojoji temple. This temple is an old temple said to have been founded around 850 '.
I will tell you in time it, because there are many things to see around that area.
