Total count Review dropped down to "0"

Hello,

I realized my total count of review dropped down to “0”

I did not violate the regulation, no spam no fake reviews…

Could you please help me?

Hi @Amber_Kim ! There’s been some trouble on Maps lately but I think it’s going back to normal little by little. Here you can read a bit more about it. I had the same problem but got solved already. Anyway for more details you can tag @ - moderator

I suggest you view your profile as visible to the public and further in an incognito mode.
If that still shows the reviews, then the problem may be temporary. Nevertheless, it is better to take a backup of all the reviews.

Further, this post is more suitable for “How-To’s” section & you can preposition to that.
