Interesting. I’ve always seen those health authority cards, the Green Pass ones. Yet, today, I noticed a yellow one which indicates a conditional pass. So it appears that a business can still operate even if certain conditions in a health check fail. It will be interesting to monitor how long the yellow conditional status lasts before the status changes to green.

I long to be there. Do they serve beer as well?
Retaurants and other outlets do need to have a liquor licence to serve alcohol, there are so many licences that serve alcohol so you will not do without beer. Note, there are quite a few pubs that have local and craft beers for sale. This in particular place does not serve alcohol as it is a bakery in Chinatown!
