一口で頬張ると、タンのプリッとした歯ごたえとネギのシャキシャキ感が溢れ出て、悶絶級の美味しさです！ これがまた、ビールやハイボールなどのお酒にも驚くほどよく合います:clinking_beer_mugs:
綺麗にサシが入った赤身肉は驚くほど柔らかくて旨味が濃厚！お皿の上で輝いています:sparkles: ハサミで切り分けながら:scissors:好みの焼き加減で楽しめます。 そして、こちらのお店はホルモンなどもとっても美味しいのが魅力！
丁寧に下処理された新鮮なホルモンは、独特の食感と噛むほどに広がる甘みのある脂がたまりません。 ピリ辛でみずみずしいキムチ（オイキムチ）
も良いアクセントになり、お肉もお酒もどんどん進んでしまいます！
