Does “عملية التحميل غير مكتملة ميل غير” mean “The download process is incomplete”?
If so, what were you trying to download? Or could there be a mix-up of Upload and Download in the translation?
Kindly always include MAPS links to the places when you post on Connect. Also, try copying your review text in a reply below for a check.
Can you add reviews to other stores in the area?

As I told you already, I can see that 38 of your reviews, and all your photos, are not publicly visible.
Google Maps has an automatic moderation process, and looks like the hidden contents were supposed to be against the rules.

If you think your content is not violating any rule, you can appeal for a review of the account using the form that can be found on the post mentioned above.
What the photo shared here is telling us is that you have an issue with uploading photos.
This can be due to several reasons, like an issue in the connection, an issue on the App or on the server Side (Google)
If the issue is on the server side just trying again should fix the problem, while if the issue is on the App, trying to clear cache and cookies should be the first step.
If it doesn’t work it may be necessary a also to reinstall the App.
Please also keep in mind that if the photo was attached to a review most probably also the review will not be visible
