No, it’s not about Google Local Guide. It’s about only Local Guide Connect journey.
I think you got an email from Google Map about you Local Guide Journey like below;
Stay connected, Keep Contributing.

@pravinkmr230 , as you can read in Celebrating Connect’s 5th Birthday that badge was given as part of the celebration of Connect’s fifth anniversary to all the Local Guides that were already registered in Connect on July 2021.
That badge has nothing to do with your fifth anniversary, as mentioned by @MrHulk
