Hello dear, and now I am very happy because I think that I have added something new to your information because Dubai is really known as the city of happiness and also known as the Paris of Arabs. Dubai is the only country in the world that has created a ministry called the Ministry of Happiness. Also, most government and private departments have canceled the name of customer service Agent to the customer happiness Ambassador

Really! I always thought that Bhutan was known as the world’s happiest country! Anyway I’m impressed with your news @eslamshalaby991 and now you must have many Customer of happiness Ambassadors then! When did this all happen. I was in Dubai briefly in 2018 and didn’t notice these ambassadors!

But I wonder if you didn’t notice these ambassadors I don’t know how you haven’t noticed this since 2018, you say, and that actual change was exactly in 2016.
