I’m not sure I understand what you are suggesting to solve the problem with low quality photos on Google Maps. Could you elaborate, please.

I’d like to let you know, that if you see any inappropriate or irrelevant photo on Google Maps, you can report them if you follow the steps from the Report a photo on Google Maps article.
