Thanks for reaching out.
Please edit the link in your post since it not working.
Be aware that Local Guides are not able to edit places that are on the “Maps layer” which include roads, lakes, cities, parks etc. But you can provide feedback in Google Maps to suggest changes to the Map layer. Same thing with the transit-layer.

As indicated by @MortenCopenhagen
Towns, roads and squares are elements of the Map Layer. Local Guides cannot edit that layer. Only Google Maps team can.
What we can do, for helping the team, is to report an error on Google Maps, through the “send a feedback” that you will find scrolling down your menu on Google Maps.

In addition, please note that in some place, and University can be one of this, users generated content can be locked, to prevent abuse.
Regarding the grocery store linked to us, it is editable to me on Google maps app, so I suppose you are telling us that your edit was not applied.
To be applied, an edit need to be verified, and in some place a verification can be difficult, or impossible.

ولكن إلى الان لايوجد حل
أولا:
التعديل لمكتب حكومي ومسجل بقالة والاسم غير صحيح.
ثانيا:
الاضافة في هذه القرية غير صحيحة واجدها غير مناسبة.
وهي تسيئ لاشخاص.
النصوص المستخدمة لها ارتباط بالارهاب.
ارجو من المشرفين التفاعل وإيقاف من قام بنشرها وحذف جميع التسميات غير المناسبة.

BTW, reading the last reply by @alokeme , my feeling is that there are things to fix in the area that need attention (Spam attack?)

Add a link
On Google Maps, you can capture a link of every location, photo and review. In most of the cases you find the “share” symbol.
You need to “copy the link”, and to add the link in your post. For adding the link in the post, click on the “insert a link” symbol, and add the link on the first box of the pop-up.
Type the text you want to display for your link
Click on OK
