Hello @rajatyadav7 , welcome to Local Guides Connect. Let me try to clarify something to you;

  1. Your review may be marked as private if it does not adhere to Google Maps policies (yes, even a genuine review may be marked). To read more about please click here: Maps User Contributed Content Policy,

  2. A review may be marked private regardless of the Business action, so it is not possible to secure that the Business flagged your review. Otherwise, even positive review may be marked as private.

  3. Even if Ithey they it doesn’t mean that your report was auomatically marked as private. A business is not able to hide a negative review

4l Google cares about privacy, so I suggest you edit your post and remove the business information. If you want to report a business, the correct approach is to follow what is indicated in this article: How to identify and report a fraud on Google Maps

Please review our Community policy and the Prohibited and Restricted Content article.

Cheers,

Alexandre Campbell

Hello @rajatyadav7

I have noted that there are only photos of the invoice against your profile for the business you mentioned in the link.
Nevertheless, you have published negative reviews for other branches of the same business.
That makes your case precarious if you were not an actual customer at other locations.
If those cases are genuine, you can edit the reports to mention the order numbers in each review.

In addition to what @C_T and @AlexandreCampbell already explained to you, I would like to highlight a note:

Google maps is NOT a place that you can use for personal issues with the business. If in some way they did something illegal, you should report it to the appropriate authorities.

The photo you shared are “private documents” between you and the businesses, and should be flagged as private.
