Yes, Thai people like to add mango and coconut milk. It is very popular in Thailand.
@TsekoV Thanks for tagging me. The dish that you share with us looks delicious. The dishes that we add mango and coconut milk are dessert. We call this dish sticky rice with mango. Have you ever tried it before? I can share some photos of my sticky rice with mango.

北方人也有吃糯米飯，但他們會做成類似飯糰，在裡面加入炸油條、肉絲、咸菜來吃！
南方人有“糯米雞”這美食，裡面有雞肉、叉燒、蛋。外面包上荷花葉，蒸熟來吃，非常美味！↓↓↓
烤肉串也是我十分喜愛的美食，我知印尼及泰國的烤肉是用炭火來烤，所以別有風味！
