Is the Eskandar Kabab one of your favorite Turkish dishes? I personally love Turkish cuisine, but it’s the first time that I encountered this particular meal, so I would appreciate if you can tell us more about what it contains and why it is so special to you.

Like the most of Turkish food the base of this plate Turkish bread and on top meat shawrma thin special tomato sauce with ugurt on side
