Many Local Guides share their points achievements in individual posts here on Connect’s Achievements board, a board specifically set up to brag about this and other achievements. However, hundreds of Local Guides share their points achievements collectively on the Top 100 Local Guides Points Leaderboards post. The advantage is that you get much more than the opportunity to brag about your points achievements. Here are just some of the benefits:
You get a much better and easier comparative analysis of your points achievements with your peers, that is, Local Guides at your own Local Guide level.
You can gain a way to better monitor and chart the progress of your contributions over time.
You have access to a deeper analysis of your points achievements, and
You can quickly gain an as-you-go health check that can highlight issues with your contributions.
And, you don’t have to be a “top gun” Level 10 Local Guide with millions of points to participate! There are leaderboards for each Local Guide level so anyone can join in and yes, you can too and it’s simple to do, just hit this link to register or if you want to know more then see this How-to post by @AZ_2021. You will quickly learn that as well as the inherent competitive and fun element to the TOp 100 Leaderboards, there’s more here than meets the eye! You see, the leaderboards are more than just about rankings of Local Guides!

The exclusive Million Points Club (September 2023)
I’m sure you’ll agree with me that anyone with a MIILION points needs to be specially highlighted on these leaderboards and this is what the Million Points Club is all about. The leaderboard shown below lists the participating Local Guides with an incredible MILLION+ points on Google Maps as at Hard to believe but there you are, it is possible and yes you and I can one day get there and as you can see there’s plenty of room in this club for us

@JuwarniPawuh and @christophesubilia it’s more than obvious that you have made an error in your points data entry! You must be more careful during data entry and it’s very important that you check your data before you confirm by submitting. Failure to do so will place you at the wrong place on the leaderboards and potentially at the very bottom. Worse still, on a busy board, this could me that you don’t even make it on to that board
Warm welcome to the ‘Top 100 Local Guides leaderboard’. Congratulations for securing your place at 44 and 57 respectively in Top 100 Points Leaderboard (October 2023).
Thanks @AdamGT for putting these all together. Every time there is some improvement in the way Leaderboards are compiled and presented.
The narrative at the start of each Leaderboards is of great value. Even the first timer participant to these leaderboards can understand the overall concept and genesis of the system. This is a great contribution to the LG community. While LGs are contributing to Map, you are contributing to make them informed and prepared about where they stand in comparison to their peers. Not only that it also help LGs to identify and focus on the area where they need to further improve.
I have started at No. 4 as a new participant in Top 100 Points Leaderboard Level 8 Local Guides (May 2023) and then it goes like
No. 63 (in June 2023) No. 51 (in July 2023) No. 43 (in August 2023) No. 37 (in September 2023) No. 25 (in October 2023) in Level 9 Points Leaderboards.
These leaderboards have helped a lot in such progression.
Heartfelt Gratitude to dear AdamGT for his tireless support.
Yes I recall you telling me about the zero photo and video count showing on your Maps profile and most likely it’s because of that @nigelfreeney …I’ll check it out later and see if I can sort it out from T100’s end.
