Hi @Umed-Tajikistan

Great test with VPN. I think you need help from a moderator like @sonnyNg with this. Also please confirm the problem is still there. And if possible specify your platform. Did you try clearing the cache? Did you try other browsers?

Cheers

Dear @MortenCopenhagen thank you for respond. FYI @sonnyNg

There problem is steel here.

I enter https://www.localguidesconnect.com through windows.

Two browsers Chrom and Opera are used but the same problem with toolbar when i do not use VPN.

But with VPN it is OK.

Hi @Umed-Tajikistan thank you for reaching out. It looks like you are experiencing a technical glitch there. What I am seeing there it looks like you had a connection problem, judging from what I see on your first screen short bellow marked with red ink:

From what I noticed, it showed that the page did not load properly, if it did it would have displayed the local guide logo as always. To check if this is correct, I would like to know how many times did you try and still experience the same thing? this will tell us if it was just a one time thing or a problem with your device or your search engine you are using.

Normally when you see things like this, is best to try multiple times loading the page and do what @MortenCopenhagen has suggested which is clear your cache, can you please respond to this if you have tried the above suggestions?

Thank you.

Hi @Umed-Tajikistan it looks like you have tried multiple times. If you try loading the website from your mobile did you get the same results, and did you try clearing the cache from your device?

Hi @Raphael-Mahumane

Yes tried to clear the cache from my device. Even reinstalled Google Chrom in my Desktop.

Hi @Umed-Tajikistan ,

Thank you for letting us know! : ]

Much appreciated also from @MortenCopenhagen and @Raphael-Mahumane for guiding and checking with the case!

It is indeed a peculiar case, as would you mind sharing if you could recall since when the issue started to occur?

Would the described happen also on mobile devices while being on Connect?

Hi @sonnyNg

No I am able to use toolbar with mobile.

Thanks for your response

Hi @Umed-Tajikistan ,

Thanks for the update! : ]

For the moment, it would seem that the issue is yet to be replicated on our end.

Would you have tried to re-install the web browser on your Desktop device?

**Hi @sonnyNg **

1. Unfortunatly on destop (browser Chrome) without VPN this happends:

2. In browser “Opera” with VPN on

3.But in mobile toolbar shows ok!

Hi @Umed-Tajikistan ,

Thanks for sharing further details! : ]

We will make sure to check on this case, as do make sure to check often if the similar situation could be replicated elsewhere (another Desktop perhaps), as do check if re-install the web browser would help, as previously mentioned.
