Too Much of Yummy Foods on a Day Long Meet-up

Hello LGs!!! What’s up?

Hope you guys are having a great day.

I have promised you on my last post that I will share the yummy foods we had on the GRAND 100th meet-up of Bangladesh Local Guides. And you know what? I keep my promises. ? Here I am sharing the photos with brief stories of all the foods we had on that day long meet-up. I know you love foods. How do I know that ha? Actually, who doesn’t love yummy foods?

I will make three sessions here which are Morning, Afternoon and Evening so you can read comfortably. Because in each session we had more than one meal.

Most of the photos here are taken by me. And for other photos, I have given appropriate credit to the local guides who have taken the photos. So click on the photos and ‘Give likes’ to appreciate their work.

Morning session

60+ local guides had traveled to Chittagong from Dhaka to attend this meet-up on a reserved compartment of a train. After reaching Chittagong in the morning we had our breakfast at Zaman’s Biryani And Chinese Restaurant.

At the breakfast:

After completing breakfast in the morning we went to the meet-up venue. We spend sometimes there conducting a few opening sessions of the day. Then we took a break for another light morning refreshment meal. The photo of the coffee is missing. The possibility is that the food was so tasty we forget to take a photo of that. ?

Morning light snacks:

And this is the end of foods in the morning session. More foods in the lunch below.

Afternoon session

March 8 was Friday and that is why we took a prayer break for Jumu’ah. After the payer break, we had our lunch. Attending several informative sessions from the morning attendees got very hungry. But the foods at lunch were so tasty that everybody ate as much as they can. This was also necessary as we had to attend more sessions after lunch. Because I think information effects good on our brain with good food in our stomach. ? What do you think?

At the lunch:

That concludes our lunch. After lunch, we have attended several sessions conducted by local guides. Then around 6 PM local time we had light foods. This was actually the cake for the 5th anniversary of Bangladesh Local Guides, some Pitha which were taken there for us by a local guide and a small piece of a dessert called Sandesh.

Afternoon snacks:

And that concludes our afternoon session’s foods. Oh, I forgot we have taken a couple of coffees too in the meantime. ?

Evening session

In the evening session, there was the only dinner. The dinner was planned at the very end of the meet-up. So we had our lunch and headed back to our homes with some awesome memories of this special day. Here is the phtos of the dinner.

And that concludes the food stories of the meet-up. Among all of these foods, I personally liked the Kacchi Biriyani. Because I always like biriyani.

I thank you local guides who have taken some awesome shots which I have used in this post. @MahabubMunna @Mazharul_BDLG Bishnu Modhu, DH Jashed, and Shamsul Alam Khan Murad

@KlaudiyaG Here is the post I just completed after a few hours of planning. Hope you will like it. ?

Do tell us in the comments which one is your favorite? Or if you haven’t tried them which one would you like to taste first?

If you haven’t read my last post which is basically the first part of this post, you can read now. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. Have a nice day!
