tomato harvested in my hometown. there's many tomato farms in my hometown. they work together as always. even when they start to plant something to their farm, the neighbourhood will help their farm from the planting, watering, digging the field for plants etc. all of them work together. no salary but food in the end of work they usually give to people who helped them.
