Since November 24, 2024, we have had two new toll gates on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, and Google Maps has not been able to detect them yet, which is misguiding people & adding an extra cost to the trip for millions of residents.
Can anyone help to fix this issue on priority.

Hello @AbhijeetBhose
Thanks for bringing this up — it’s a crucial update that affects both residents and visitors.
One way to escalate this is by reporting the issue directly through the “Send Feedback” option on Google Maps:
Steps:
Open Google Maps.
Tap on your profile picture > Help & Feedback > Send Feedback .
Choose “Wrong information” or “Missing road/toll” .
Pin the exact location and add a clear description along with the photo you’ve shared here.
Meanwhile, have you or anyone in the group tried reporting it through this route already? It could help speed things up if multiple users flag it.
Please correct the process, if I am wrong @TravellerG @SholaIB @PrasadVR
