Fruit Souffle Cake

Very gentle and easy cake!

Ingredients
Biscuit:
3 eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
100g sugar
100g flour
0.5 tsp salt and soda
Souffle: 200g. Cherry yogurt
250g. Cream
2 tablespoons gelatin
100ml cold boiled water
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Jelly: 2 tablespoons gelatin
100ml cold boiled water
100 ml. Compote fill
3 tablespoons sugar
Syrup: 100g. Sugar
80ml water
To decorate:
1 can of strawberry compote, you can cherry, peach. Apricot, etc. Fresh fruits to choose from. I have half a pear, a banana, an orange.
