Tirah Valley, Orakzai Agency (FATA, KPK)

Tirah Valley is located in Khyber, Kurram and Orakzai agencies in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, while its smaller part straddles the border to the north lies in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan. Tirah lies between the Khyber Pass and the Khanki Valley. It is inhabited by the Afridi, Orakzai and Shinwari tribes of Pashtuns.

There’s a small town Kalaya in the Federally Administered Tribal Area (now part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). It’s located with an altitude of 1645 meters. The scenic valley is located around 80 km away from Kohat and can be easily reached, there are two ways to Kalaya, one’s through Zerra and another’s through Jabbar top. Zeera road is under construction, all is rough and the condition is very bad. So I would suggest to go there through Jabbar Top way.

There’s absolutely unseen beauty of Pakistan

PC: Friends just took pictures of me, the rest I took myself.
