Tips to go down safely when you are on Trek

There is a correct method to go down an incline, which I indicate you with outlines in this video. Whenever you start trekking follow these tips.

Things needed.

  1. You must have your trekking Pole / Stick

  2. Your shoes must be trekking shoes and shoelaces must be tied tightly

  3. Your backpack must be of very good quality. because they wouldn’t disturb you while trekking

Now how to trek down safely

  1. When you start trekking in a slippery area put your heel first and then your Toe. Heel – Toe Heel Toe

  2. If the trekking area is more slippery then you must take side-step and use your trekking pole/stick. This will help you to prevent back pain and to prevent slip on the ground and trek safely.

Try these tips while you are on trekking and reach on your destination safely.
