I am LG level 6, search for meetup in my town shows no result. I plan to organise a meetup in my city but as I am a beginner I need help from the LG community. Mine is a small city with less places to hang out and some historical structures.

1. What are the pre-requisites of a meetup?

2. How many people should be present for a meetup (minimum)?

3. Does google support us in any kind for a meetup?

4. Do we need some budget for a meetup?

5. Tips and advices from people who have been into this are invited.
