Time for paddy sowing

Hello,

Just yesterday we have completed the paddy sowing in our paddy field.

As India is a country which is having an economy depends upon agriculture.

And though there too much difficulties and obstacles in agricultural programs, farmers can’t stop there work. Because they have to feed whole world.

At my living location Roha, There is also a strict lockdown due to COVID-19.

And also just a week ago a dangerous cyclone “Nisarga” had destroyed the homes, electricity connections, transportation and much more.

After all these, farmers not stop farming, though they have loss of lacs of rupees due to COVID-19 and cyclone.

We used to eat a lot of rice from India :india: here in Nigeria, until recently that our boarders were closed and all importation of rice from India, Thailand, and Taiwan have been banned to increase local production.

So sad to hear about your recent cyclone, I hope your community gets out of this disaster stronger.

How are farmer coping currently?

Still conditions are in control,

and government has provided the seeds to farmers at their farms. this was a great step by government.
