Momos (stuffed dumplings) and Thukpa (soup noodles) have been the centre stage of the Tibetan cuisine in exile Tibetan community and hence its impact all over the world. Especialy Momos have been widely embraced as a typical tasty fast food and/or being served in restaurants and its been adapted and being served by people of different countries today from Nepalis to Indians to Westerners not to mention Tibetans.
