Theres a new thumbs up button on the video’s. Now you can see how many people liked it.
It’s showing on the Android but not available on the IPhone

Indeed the thumbs-up button and its counter were always there and because of this people were able to like our videos/photos!
I think you’re experiencing the new interface as described here. Just the place of the buttons changed.

It is new information for me, I will try to find it in my android smartphone.
