Three Health Benefits of Cloves & Ginger

I think a new set of people are about to cash out really big! It’s those who cultivate, harvest and sell cloves.

There has been a recent craze about cloves and its beneficial health properties particularly for;

  1. Stimulating hair growth
  2. Promoting blood circulation
  3. Preventing and keeping in check hair breakage which leads to split ends and hair shedding

Which other benefits of cloves do you know?

Yesterday, I decided to make a preparation of cloves and Ginger oil.

Ingredients

  • Cloves
  • Ginger
  • Avocado oil (carrier oil)
  • Coconut oil (carrier oil)
  • Argan Oil (carrier oil)
  • Bergamot Essential oil
  • Tea Tree Essential oil
  • Lemon Essential oil
  • Sweet orange Essential Oil
  • Step One

I peeled the Ginger and grated it

  • Step Two

I pound the cloves to Powder in a mortar

  • Step 3

I added in Avocado oil, coconut oil and Argan Oil into a clean non-stick frying pan and set on low heat over a gas burner

  • Step Four

I added in the powdered cloves and ground Ginger into the oil and stirred till it was dark brown

  • Step Five

I left it to cool

  • Step Six

I strained the oil into a jar using cloth, some kitchen rolls

That was it!

So, are there items lying around your kitchen? Have you tried using them for any other thing except food?

Let me hear your opinions in the comments below

P.S. I have tried a Cloves spray on my hair before yesterday and it really worked especially for hair volume, lenght and for preventing shedding.

To make this, I had to soak the Cloves in a bowl of water for 3 days. This solution I strained out into a spray bottle and would spray on my hair morning and night.
