Thank you @user_not_found for sharing nice story about Resevoirs near Dublin. The nature is wonderful.

Is this place as a Nature Reserve?

I suppose that there are a lot of fish in this Reservoirs ,because birds like these places.

Is there a National Parks near Dublin?

Hi Helga, thanks for the kind reply.

The area isn’t really a Nature Reserve, it is surrounded by Farmland and has some dwellings within the site boundry.

Fishing is permitted here but very strict on what you can catch e.g. What sizes you can take home and how many. The closest National Park would be the Wicklow Mountains National Park in County Wicklow just South of County Dublin.
