Hi guys, today I want to share a little about a beautiful delicacy which people around the world love to have when visiting here in Guyana for some strange reason (they specifically ask about it, and even freeze it to take it back home when they are in Guyana on vacation). It’s our Chinese Fried Rice, now you may think it just regular old fried rice but let me just say, it’s not- many people from around the world just give the reason that there is just a special taste, the aroma and all of that. You can either dine in or get it take away (which personally that the best one). And a little secret about this dish is that it taste even more delightful when it’s shared with someone (I don’t know why, it just is). So this dish has been bringing people far and wide together for many years and I’m so proud to be able to share this.
