for those who are not sure what it is…Ketoprak is a vegetarian dish from Jakarta, Indonesia, consisting of tofu, vegetables,rice cake and vermicelli served in a thick peanut sauce.

I would have added it, but apparently ketoprak traditionally dose not have that in that dish, look at the other post I made of Mee Siam which matches perfectly with the sweet & spicy sambal chillies …Yummy
