@HelloHi Contributing to Local Guides is a volunteer effort that most people (including me) do just for fun or to help others by adding information to the map.
So: no, you can’t earn money with it, and all the points, badges and perks are just a kind of side effect, they should never be the main goal.

You can contribute through writing posts, sharing experiences etc. And get recognised by local guide family. Benefit is to enjoy being connected to like minded people and access to the platform where you can showcase your travel, photography etc.
2. Can earn money from local guide , possible or impossible please give me full details.
If your contribution is significant and recognised in due course, you may receive perks or goodies from Google. (You really have to earn it). Money is not involved.
3. How to increase level?
Keep contributing to Google maps.

For me, it’s a simple question with simple answer: I could meet, I could connect, with other Local Guides. Both online and offline. Do you know that some fellows Local Guides that I know here are married to other Local Guides that they’ve met here?
Connect connecting Local Guides. That’s its benefits. Imho… 
Hi Smita, just wanted to let you know how suitable your reply to these silly questions is. It amazes me that someone can go to all the effort and create a post on our local guides site questioning why we do what we do without financial benefits really shows me how mixed up some people truly are.
